I'm not a big Christmas baker...usually I just rely on my Mom & Mother-in-law to do it all for me (I know...lazy bum). BUT...a friend made these for me last year and I couldn't resist trying them - they're chocolate cookies with pieces of Caramilk bar in the middle that melts into yumminess when they bake.
